1. About the service

NHS Job Alert provides a healthcare job discovery and notification service. We collect, process and present job listing information from third-party sources and allow users to create preferences and receive alerts.

2. No employment guarantee

We do not guarantee that any job listing will remain available, be accurate, or result in an interview, offer, or employment. Users remain responsible for reviewing the original listing and applying through the relevant employer or recruitment source.

3. Timing and service availability

We aim to operate the platform continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uninterrupted scraping, real-time availability, or delivery of notifications within any fixed period. Delays may occur because of source website changes, provider outages, technical failures, maintenance, queueing, high traffic, email provider delays, rate limits, or other operational issues.

Users acknowledge that paid access covers access to the service as made available, not a guarantee that every job will be captured or that every alert will be sent instantly.

4. Third-party data and links

Job information, employers, trusts, regions, specialties, application links, and closing dates may originate from third-party sources. We are not responsible for third-party content, changes, removals, redirects, application systems, or website availability.

5. Accounts and user responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, the accuracy of your email address, and the preferences you configure. You must not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Paid subscriptions

Premium or paid features may include additional preferences, wider specialty access, and email notifications. Paid access is subject to the plan details shown at purchase. Access may end automatically at the end of the relevant subscription or access period unless renewed or otherwise extended.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NHS Job Alert is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of opportunity, loss of applications, missed deadlines, missed job alerts, missed job listings, or loss arising from service downtime or delayed notifications.

8. Changes to the service or terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact us using the contact details made available through the platform.
